Okay, so my first couple weeks at camp proved to be awesome. I loved working with the kids. It's been rewarding and fun, and I caaaaaan't wait to meet the next batch on Monday

In the two weeks we had, we put together a show called 'To The Moon', and most of the camp days were focused on getting them ready for the performance. The kids made their costumes (with help from the other assistant, Tessa), 'space hats', the rocket ship, the control panel, and their noise makers (for take-off, of course).

In art news...um...well.

Since I haven't figured out an easier way to get to work on time, I've been getting into the city with an hour and a half to kill. This means I've got time to roam or...do...whatever. I've been finding myself in the nearest Barnes & Nobel and just doodling in my sketchbook. Or looking at books (that I can't afford).

But if I spruce up some of the stuff I've been working on, I should have them on here soon.

And I've been out of school for, like, three months now, and I'm starting to miss it! I wanna go back and see all my buddieeeessss! I pass that old green awning on the way back from work everyday. I can't wait to go back!
